Formula 1 race teams use Indentec equipment to ensure parts meet their stringent requirements. VW, Renault, Rolls Royce, Nissan, Rover, BMW, and Prodrive are amongst our highly valued customers. Our unique nose mounted indenter allows Indentec to offer solutions to test parts complete, without the need to cut into sections to gain access to awkward to reach test points.

Combined Rockwell & Superficial Rockwell hardness tester fitted with bespoke camshaft fixture designed for Ford Motor Company. The fixture is capable of supporting multiple camshafts and testing on the peak, flank and heel of each individual cam.

By working closely with individual customers, projects are taken from concept to completion using our team of UKAS accredited engineers.

Automatic ball bearing hardness tester with vibratory bowl feeder and gravity chute for continuous component feed without operator intervention. System includes automatic “GO / NO GO” filtering according to preset tolerances.

SPECIAL FIXTURES
The physical shape, size and test position of some components make hardness testing in line with internationally recognised standards impossible without well engineered component support fixturing. Indentec have a tradition in the design of such equipment.

b The type of hardness test.
c The position of where the test is required.
d A picture if possible.
